Description: Japanese early Showa Period (1920's-1930's) red lacquered comb and bobkin set. The set is done in red lacquer with floral design in gold and silver lacquer and inlaid in shell and silver. Signed by artist. The comb measures 3 3/4" long and 1 5/8" tall and 1/4" thick. The bobkin, or kogai measures 6 1/8" long and 7/16" thick. (donone)
