Description: Japanese late 19th to early 20th century lacquer SUZURIBAKO. Beautiful black lacquer SUZURIBAKO decorated with gold and silver lacquer in a cherry tree and blossom design. Inside of box is decorated in NASHIJI with more cherry blossoms. Blossoms are painted on even the inside of the rims. The box measures 8" wide, 8 5/8" long and is 1 5/8" tall. (donesu)
