Description: Japanese 20th century porcelain vase by Japan Living National Treasure, Tokuda Yasokichi III, born Tokuda Masahiko in Komatsu, Japan. The vase is done in a narrow cylindrical shape with an indentation in the middle. The overall glaze is a blue color with blue and green coloration dripping down from the top. Tokuda Yasokichi III became Living National Treasure in 1997 and is recognized for work with Saiyu, glaze color gradation technique. Comes with TOMOBAKO, original artist signed wooden storage box. The vase measures 9 1/4" tall and is 3 1/4" wide at the top rim. (nonesu)
