Description: Japanese Early 20th Century bronze vase with KOI carp design. The 3 swimming KOI are beautifully done in relief with the eyes detailed in inlaid gold. The vase is signed SHIHOU SAKU on bottom. Come with TOMOBAKO, original artist signed wooden storage box. The piece was given as a presentation piece in 1926. The vase measures 10" tall and 10 1/2" wide at its widest.
