Japanese 20th Century Living National Treasure artist, Tsukamoto Kaiji celadon porcelain plate with water fowl design. Tsukamoto was born in 1912 and died in 1990. He was given the title of Living National Treasure in 1984. The plate measures 10" in diameter and is 2 3/8" tall.
