Description: Japanese Early Mid 20th century Myochin-style iron KORO incense burner. The incense has a pierced lid with gold layered bronze trim and liner. The KORO was made with 3 feet on bottom. Stamped KAZUTOSHI SAKU on bottom of piece. Comes with TOMOBAKO, original artist signed wooden storage box. Signed KAZUTOSHI SAKU on inside of lid. Originally purchased at a shop in Osaka City named NISHIKAWA SHOTEN. The KORO measures 3 1/2" tall and 4" in diameter at its widest. (norusu)
