Description: Japanese early 20th century iron kettle by KOURYUDO. This pot is beautifully done with a single cicada on the side in high relief. The upper part of the kettle is done in a bamboo design with small stalks of bamboo going around the entire surface. The inside of the lid has KOURYUDO etched into it. This iron pot measures 9" tall (from base to top of upright handle), 6 1/2" wide and 6 1/4" deep. (dokane)
