Description: Japanese 20th century large porcelain vase by master potter KIMURA. The vase has a beautiful turquoise coloration that blends into a dark blue coloration towards the bottom. The vase also has a faint vertical design going up and down the entire vase. The vase has a stamp on the bottom and comes with TOMOBAKO, or original artist signed wooden storage box. KIMURA was born in 1946 and presently lives and works in HIROSHIMA, JAPAN. He has exhibited at the prestigious Japanese Traditional Crafts Exhibition since 1977. This vase was made around 1995.
